We are looking for a young talent to join our EFG Graduate Programme – Business Function path. How the EFG Graduate Programme works? Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group. Could you be one of our future graduates? We value diversity and we do not require specific academic majors or industry experience, but look for different mix of background, experiences and skills.
