We are looking for a young talent to join our EFG Graduate Programme – Business Function path. How the EFG Graduate Programme works? Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group.
