About this role
In this Traineeship, you’ll get to: • Coordinate and execute regular office engagement activities (e.g., Monthly Engagements, Wellness Activities, and Festive Celebrations) and learning programs. • Support the end-to-end planning of major company events, including Townhalls, Team Building, and Annual Dinner, etc. • Assist in managing vendor relationships for event logistics, catering, and corporate gifts, etc. • Develop creative content for "Life at Trip.com" across external social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase our unique culture. • Draft and design internal newsletters and office-wide announcements to keep employees informed and inspired. • Support the team in identifying and applying for external industry recognition and HR awards. • Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience for new hires. • Collate and analyze employee feedback from pulse surveys to suggest improvements for office culture. • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required. What you'll Need to Succeed • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels. • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop). • Ability to multi-task and manage project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, resourceful, and a "people person" with a passion for the travel industry.
