Our work spans coaching, readings, psychic and spiritual guidance, rituals, workshops, animal communication, educational experiences, community projects and creative initiatives. You may be : -supporting content, -workshops, -collaborations, -products, -events and new initiatives across both brands. No two weeks will look exactly the same, so adaptability, initiative and curiosity are important. You do not need to have experience in coaching, personal development or spirituality. However, you should be open-minded, growth-oriented and interested in supporting a brand focused on personal transformation, education, wellness and meaningful work. This role is not purely administrative. While there will be coordination and organizational tasks, we are looking for someone who enjoys thinking ahead, solving problems, taking initiative and helping projects move forward. If you’re someone who enjoys helping a founder with many ideas and turn those ideas into action, you’ll likely enjoy this role. Initially, the focus will be on content planning, project coordination, workshop support and collaboration outreach. As the role grows, there may be opportunities to support product development, brand partnerships, launches, events and larger business initiatives. Working Arrangement • Part-time • Remote-friendly • Approximately 5 hours per week to start • Trial basis initially • Flexible working hours • Opportunity to grow into a larger role based on performance, alignment and business needs • Occasional in-person support may be required for workshops, events, content creation, projects or product-related activities (Singapore-based candidates may have an advantage for this, though it is not required) • High-performing team members may have opportunities to support local and overseas workshops, events, content creation projects, business trips and collaborative initiatives as the brands continue to grow. Do note that not everything listed above is expected to be done all at once. Priorities will be communicated based on current projects and business needs. We are not looking for perfection—we are looking for someone who is proactive, willing to learn and able to help move things forward consistently. Compensation SGD 200–500/month during the trial period, depending on experience, skillset and fit. SGD 300-1k/month after confirmation depending on work load, experience, skillsets & Fit. The role will begin at approximately 5 hours per week, with opportunities for increased scope, responsibilities and remuneration for the right candidate.
