We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Trainee to support the end-to-end execution of marketing and subscription campaigns, focusing on growth operations, performance tracking, and social media branding Key Responsibilities 1. Campaigns & Subscription Support • Support with end-to-end execution of marketing & subscription campaigns, from banner creation, set up to in-app operations • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects • Support the teams in daily administrative tasks 2. Growth Operations & Performance • Create, distribute, and manage vouchers across various marketing channels • Track & monitor metrics and assist in pulling weekly & monthly data to be put together for reporting • Support basic billing reconciliation for vendor or platform spend. • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities 3. Social Media & Branding • Assist in the ideation, liaison, creation and scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.). • Support initiatives that connect with users — from giveaways to social seeding to on-ground activations Qualifications• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and campaign management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
