We're looking for a Retail Media & Partnerships Trainee who acts as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to recommend business solutions, manage marketing communications, and optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities • Work closely with teams across the organization to understand business challenges and recommend solutions to partners to support internal and external business needs • Mainly responsible for communications that’s going out for partners i.e. booking of comms, raising of marketing briefs & clearing of assets with external partners • Monitors campaign KPIs, building and managing project dashboards & budgets across campaigns • Prepares pitch decks for partner meetings and internal presentations • Does in-depth data analysis (using SQL and Looker) of the campaigns and proactively propose optimization on the approach and streamline processes • Actively participates in ad-hoc projects that may be assigned on a regular basis • Creative thinking on outbound pitches Qualifications• Our team culture is really important to us, and it’s key that we find the right person to join our fast paced, creative and fun local partnerships team.
