Guest Ambassador / Brand Ambassador (Automotive Showroom)

Location: Tampines 1 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable) Salary & Benefits: • Basic Salary: S$2,700 – S$2,800 per month • OT Pay: 1.5x after scheduled working hours • Completion Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month's salary upon successful completion of 12 months of service Working Hours: 5 days work week (Rostered Schedule) Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 7:30pm Saturday – Sunday: 9:30am – 6:30pm OR 1:00pm – 10:00pm 2 Rest Days on Weekdays Start Date: Able to commence work on 1 July About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Ambassador to be the first point of contact for visitors at our automotive showroom. This role combines customer engagement, lead generation, showroom support and social media content creation, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating engaging online content. Training will be provided for suitable candidates with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally and warmly • Understand customers' vehicle preferences and purchasing interests • Collect customer information and generate qualified leads for the sales team • Coordinate customer appointments, test drives and enquiries • Maintain accurate customer records and lead databases • Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu • Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Participate in videos, livestreams or marketing content when required • Support showroom events, roadshows and customer engagement activities • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management • Assist with promotional materials, showroom supplies and inventory items when required • Ensure showroom presentation, vehicle display and cleanliness standards are maintained • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, automotive or related experience • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, as the role involves interacting with customers and supporting Mandarin-language content creation and marketing activities • Comfortable engaging customers both face-to-face and through digital channels • Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing • Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented personality • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work weekends and public holidays when required Preferred Qualifications • Experience in automotive, retail or luxury customer service environments • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu • Basic photography, videography or video editing skills • Experience in lead generation, promotions or customer engagement activities • Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage Why Join Us? • Attractive salary package with overtime pay • 1-month completion bonus upon successful completion of contract • Opportunity to work with a reputable automotive brand • Exposure to customer engagement, sales support and digital marketing • Dynamic and customer-focused work environment • Career development opportunities for individuals interested in customer experience, marketing and brand engagement Candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, brand ambassador or social media experience are encouraged to apply.
