Project Co-ordinator (Marketing)

Job Details Location: Lavender Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 12-Month Contract Salary: Up to $ 5,200 per month + 1 month completion bonus What you will be working on? • Developed and executed marketing and social media strategies, including copywriting for social media content, eDMs, and promotional materials to enhance community engagement and programme awareness. • Conceptualised and proposed creative content ideas and engagement initiatives aligned with current trends to strengthen outreach efforts. • Coordinated and supported community programmes and events, working closely with stakeholders, volunteers, grassroots organisations, corporate partners, and community agencies to drive participation and collaboration. • Assisted in the recruitment, management, and deployment of volunteers while providing operational support for community engagement initiatives. • Supported programme planning and implementation by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and tracking project progress. • Provided comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes, processing procurement requests, and maintaining records and documentation. • Compiled, updated, and analysed data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reporting functions, to prepare reports, monitor programme performance, and support decision-making. • Prepared, collated, and submitted reports, statements, and other documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting requirements. What are we looking for? • Singaporean only • Minimum Degree in Marketing/ Communication or relevant discipline. • Prior experience in stakeholder management and programme coordination would be advantageous.
