Job Summary Join Angel Garden Studio as a Hairdresser Assistant / Junior Stylist & Social Media Marketing Executive, supporting hairstyling services and managing social media to grow the brand and client base. Responsibilities Hairdresser Assistant / Junior Stylist Duties • Assist senior hairstylists during client consultations and hair service delivery to ensure quality outcomes • Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients effectively for hair treatments • Support hair colouring, bleaching, treatments, rebonding, perming, and styling services under supervision • Prepare and maintain clean, organized salon workstations, tools, and equipment to meet hygiene standards • Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene consistently throughout operating hours • Provide professional and courteous customer service to all clients • Recommend appropriate hair care products and services based on client needs • Build and maintain a personal client base through effective communication and service • Assist in scheduling appointments and conducting customer follow-ups to enhance client retention • Support daily salon operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow Social Media & Marketing Duties • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with timely posts • Create engaging multimedia content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts to attract customers • Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries and customer messages • Promote salon services, packages, and special campaigns to increase sales • Develop and implement marketing ideas to boost brand awareness and customer engagement • Drive customer acquisition and sales through targeted social media marketing efforts • Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend improvements for better reach • Assist in planning and executing promotions, collaborations, and marketing campaigns Preferred competencies and qualifications • Basic hairdressing knowledge or prior salon experience • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms • Basic photo and video editing skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and sales-driven attitude • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Comfortable appearing in social media content when required • Positive attitude with willingness to take initiative and learn Other Information Benefits • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Work from home options available Compensation • Commission-based remuneration tied to performance, customer retention, and new client acquisition • Additional income opportunities through service sales and marketing contributions • Potential monthly earnings: SGD 1,500 – 8,000+ with no income cap for high performers Location Angel Garden Studio, Singapore Application Information Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume along with any relevant portfolio, social media accounts, or previous work experience.
