Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, programmes, and outreach initiatives • Manage event logistics, operations, publicity, and post-event reporting • Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and minute-taking • Maintain and update website content and social media platforms • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth programme delivery • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation • Monitor project timelines and support day-to-day operational activities • Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned Job Requirements • Experience in event coordination, programme management, communications, or administrative support is preferred • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with website and social media management is an advantage • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read, write, type, and communicate in Tamil is required to support programme activities and stakeholder engagement conducted in Tamil Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
