Head of Procurement | Central Region

You will be responsible for leading procurement strategy, driving cost efficiency, and strengthening supply chain performance in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimise cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity • Identify and manage supply risks across materials, suppliers, and regions • Conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking to identify savings opportunities • Drive supplier selection, qualification, and performance management • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and support new product development • Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and ERP-based purchasing activities • Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and internal standards • Improve procurement processes, inventory strategies, and logistics efficiency • Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations Requirements: • Senior procurement/supply chain leadership experience • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills • Analytical mindset with experience in cost and market analysis • Experience with ERP/procurement systems • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities * Shortlisted candidates will be contacted. * Jeremiah Lim (R22106910) CREW by HRnet | HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd  EA24C2435
