About Us The Singapore National Olympic Committee (SNOC) works in close partnership with the High Performance Sport Institute (HPSI), SpexSG to build a world-class high-performance sports ecosystem that enables NSAs and athletes to excel, inspiring and uniting Singapore. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head our Shared Services Office, leading a team of Finance Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality financial management services to National Sports Associations (NSAs). This is a senior role at the heart of SNOC's NSA governance agenda, with a secondary responsibility for HR coordination within the Shared Service team. What You Will Do You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the Finance Manager team, serve as the primary escalation point for complex financial and governance matters and engage with NSA leadership and senior management across SNOC and HPSI. You will also oversee appointed shared service providers in finance, accounting, and audit, and support workforce planning and performance management as part of your HR coordination responsibilities.
