About this role
Job Responsibilities · Responsible for site development and infrastructure planning, including site grading and preparation, earth work excavation and backfilling management, geotechnical investigation and ground improvement works, site road planning and construction management, as well as parking lot and logistics traffic flow planning. · Responsible for underground works management, including utility tunnel construction, power duct engineering management, water supply and drainage pipeline network construction, stormwater drainage system planning, and sewage and wastewater pipeline engineering management. · Responsible for water resources and environmental engineering, including wastewater treatment facilityconstruction, rainwater harvesting system projects, industrial water supplysystem construction, detention pond and flood control facility planning, and environmental regulatory compliance management. · Responsible for site utility and public facilities engineering, including perimeter fence and security facility construction, site road paving, landscaping and greening projects, fire water storage reservoir construction, and logistics transportation area development. ·Responsible for engineering management, including EPC contractor management, project schedule control, project cost management, quality inspection and acceptance, and coordination with government authorities for permitting, submissions, and inspections. · Responsible for building construction management, including wafer fabrication plant (Fab) construction management, facility administration building construction, R&D center development, warehouse and logistics center construction, and office building construction management. · Responsible for cleanroom engineering, including cleanroom planning and design, cleanroom partition construction management, ceiling system installation, raised floor construction, and coordination ofcleanroom certification activities. · Responsible for structural engineering management, including structural steel construction management, reinforced concrete structure construction, seismic-resistant structure supervision, special equipment foundation construction, and heavy equipment floor reinforcement. · Responsible for architectural finishing and fit-out works, including exterior façade construction management, fire compartmentation installation, waterproofing works management, interior fit-out management, and anti-static flooring construction. Job Requirement · Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in the CSA systems for semiconductor fabs, ATFBO facilities, or industrial construction projects. ·Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related disciplines. · Candidates shall possess qualifications and licenses in compliance with applicable local regulations and authority requirements. · Proficient in both English and Chinese. · Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of CSA system installations. · Familiar with Singapore building regulations andproject execution processes, including BCA regulations, Eurocode structuraldesign standards, and the SCDF Fire Code, with experience in Building Plan Submission, Fire Safety Submission, and conducting Structural, Architectural, and SCDF inspections. · Familiar with TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) procedures, with hands-on experience in rectification works and punch list management to ensure quality compliance and successful project delivery. · Knowledge of system testing, commissioning, and authority inspection workflows is an advantage. · Able to work independently on site, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and Clients. · Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project. · Working Location : Woodlands
