About this role
Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning standards are met. • Conduct daily checks on rooms/areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality. • Assign duties, prepare schedules, and manage staff attendance. • Train new staff on cleaning methods, safety procedures, and equipment use. • Handle inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed. • Respond to client/guest feedback and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety requirements. • Support operational needs, including stepping in to clean when required. Requirements: • Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience; supervisory experience preferred. • Able to work independently and lead a team. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work.
