About the Role Weare looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department in the F&B industry. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role created to support the HR team during a temporary manpower coverage period. Depending on business needs, company expansion and individual performance, there may be an opportunity for the role to be converted to a permanent position. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys administrative work, communicates well with different teams, and is comfortable handling employee records, documentation and HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team and outlet managers to ensure HR matters are followed up accurately and on time. What you will do: Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up and communication with outlet managers. Prepare HR offers, employment letters, forms, records and reports when required. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of HR documents and follow-up checklists. Maintain and update employee records accurately. Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and employee documentation. Support training coordination and related administrative matters. Liaise with outlet managers on HR updates, pending documents and follow-ups. Support company-wide HR communication, HR projects and employee engagement activities. Assist in improving HR processes and maintaining proper filing and documentation. Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
