Your Role: The Heart of Our Operations You will be at the center of our daily operations, learning the core functions of HR: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Help us find and welcome new talent by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating orientation. • HR Support: Be a go-to person for staff enquiries and help maintain our personnel records with care and confidentiality. • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and see how we invest in our team's growth. • Admin Excellence: Learn the essential administrative tasks that keep an organization running smoothly. Is This You? • You are a recent graduate with a Diploma/Degree. (HR or Business is a bonus, but your attitude is more important). • You are empathetic, a great listener, and have strong communication skills. • You are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and handle confidential information with integrity. • You are excited by the idea of building a career that empowers others and supports our social mission.
