Job description: HR and Training Administrator (Part Time - PM) Working Hours : 12.30pm - 5.30pm Responsibilities : 1) Create and implement training programs 2) Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) 3) Prepare reports on training activities and results 4) Suggest improvements or new programs 5) Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices 6) Provides administrative support to the Department on all HR matters Skills & Requirement : 1) Administration 2) Administrative Support 3) Compliance 4) Human Resources 5) Microsoft Words / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office 6) Non Executive 7) Years of Experience - 2 8) Diploma Qualifications
