Job Title: HR Intern (Admin)Job Level: Internship / Contract (6-Month Contract, Convertible to Full-Time) Department: HR Department Location: Kramat Lane, Singapore Allowance: $1,000 to $1,400/month Working Days: 5 days a week Contract Duration: 6 months (with opportunity for Full-Time conversion based on performance) Overall Job Objectives: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (HR Admin) to join our HR team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are not under a school internship program but are looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing organization. High-performing interns will be considered for Full-Time employment upon completion of the contract. This position provides exposure to core HR functions including onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR reporting. THE JOB: • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and arranging orientation sessions • Ensure new hires complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to company policies • Update and maintain staff personnel files • Assist in payroll preparation and documentation • Assist in generating and consolidating HR documents • Support and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices • Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and Leadership Team • Provide administrative support for HR operations and projects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Diploma / Degree holder or currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (not restricted to school internship program) • Strong project management and communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proactive individual able to work independently with minimal supervision • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism • Able to commit fully for 6 months • Key Deliverables: • Well-organized candidate records and streamlined recruitment coordination • Smooth onboarding experience with complete documentation • Accurate and updated employee records • Proper tracking of training and HR compliance documentation • Timely payroll support and HR administrative assistance • Meaningful contribution to HR projects and process improvements .
