Responsibilities: • Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries • Assist in recruitment processes, reach out to potential applicants to share available jobs and promote job referrals • Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn • Screen & assess job applicants • Coordinate interviews & manage job offers • Handle onboarding matters • Assist the department data entry & administrative task needed • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements • Min.
