Salary: up to $10000 Duration: 6 months Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Tuas (company bus islandwide pickup) Job Description: HR Business Partnership Partner closely with business leaders and line managers to provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle. Support workforce planning, manpower movements, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities. Provide guidance on HR policies, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee relations issues. Coach managers on performance management, communication approaches, and conflict resolution. Employee Relations & Labour Management Manage and support employee grievance investigations, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner. Handle unionised workforce matters and maintain positive labour-management relations. Interpret and advise stakeholders on Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, collective agreements, and HR compliance requirements. Prepare documentation and maintain proper records for employee relations and labour-related cases. Analyse labour trends, workforce data, absenteeism, turnover, and employee feedback to recommend improvements. Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, annual increment exercises, bonus reviews, and benefits communication. Partner with regional/global Total Rewards teams to ensure alignment with company compensation philosophy and market competitiveness. Assist employees with benefits-related enquiries and policy clarifications. Participate in HR analytics and reporting related to compensation, workforce metrics, and employee engagement data. HR Systems & HR Operations Utilise Workday HRIS for employee data management, reporting, workflow approvals, and HR transactions. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records, HR documentation, and reporting dashboards. Support HR process improvement initiatives and digital HR transformation projects. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards. Communication & Stakeholder Management Drive effective HR communication initiatives and employee engagement activities across departments. Facilitate HR briefings, policy updates, and change management communications. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, employees, and external agencies where required. Support leadership in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
