About this role
Looking for a HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and assist across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, work‑pass administration, and HR project support. Responsibilities • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities. • Support onboarding by preparing new‑hire documents and coordinating orientation activities. • Maintain and update employee records and HR system data. • Support end to end exit processes liaising with relevant stakeholders. • Assist with HR engagement activities such as events, surveys, and wellness initiatives. • Check and verify HR‑related vendor invoices for processing. • Support work‑pass related activities. • Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications • Fresh ‘A’ level or Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Location: Woodlands
