Temporary Manager / Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner) $20.80/hour (Approx. $3,786/month) 4-Month Contract | Immediate Start Monday – Friday | 42 Hours/Week Job Responsibilities • Support HR Business Partners in manpower planning & workforce initiatives • Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, onboarding & candidate engagement • Provide HR support and handle employee enquiries • Work closely with stakeholders on hiring needs and HR matters • Assist with HR projects, policy implementation & administrative duties ✅ Requirements • Good communication & interpersonal skills • Organised, meticulous & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Able to work independently and in a team • Prior HR/recruitment experience is an advantage ✨ Gain valuable hands-on HRBP experience in a dynamic environment!
