Job OverviewWe are seeking a Regional HR Coordinator to support HR operations across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and North Asia. The role will focus on HR coordination, payroll support, and liaising with country teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations across the region. Key Responsibilities• Coordinate HR operations across Singapore, SEA, and North Asia regions. • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. • Coordinate monthly payroll processes with country teams and external payroll vendors. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and local country HR teams on HR matters. • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation. • Support compliance with local employment regulations and company policies. • Assist with regional HR projects and process improvements. Requirements• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of HR operations/coordination experience, preferably in a regional role. • Experience supporting payroll coordination and multiple countries. • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or related industries is an added advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
