Project Manager – Cybersecurity Consulting Our client is seeking a Project Manager with at least 4years of relevant experience in managing complex projects, ideally within cybersecurity, IT consulting, or technical professional services environments. This role will oversee the successful delivery of cybersecurity engagements across Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and bespoke security assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across multiple engagements • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource plans • Coordinate internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Oversee project logistics including environment readiness, tool coordination, and client communication • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and overall cost efficiency • Manage project-related tools and technologies, including licensing and renewals • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and deliverables • Identify risks, resolve project roadblocks, and drive process improvements to improve operational efficiency • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with internal standards and client requirements Requirements • Minimum 4 years of project management experience within cybersecurity, IT consulting, or related technical environments • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall • Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning • Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Security Assessments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Experience managing tools, software licensing, and vendor coordination will be an advantage Ideal Candidate This opportunity is well-suited for candidates coming from cybersecurity consulting firms, offensive security environments, managed security service providers (MSSPs), or IT professional services organizations with exposure to technical project delivery.
