HR cum Admin Assistant (Temp / Contract)

Job Summary Support HR and administrative functions by maintaining payroll and personnel records, managing statutory claims, administering work passes, and assisting with compliance and employee relations in a dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities • Maintain personnel files and update payroll systems to ensure accurate employee records and timely salary processing • Process payroll transactions and assist in payroll audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations • Submit statutory claims including NS claims, maternity leave, and childcare leave to relevant authorities accurately and on time • Manage insurance claims related to WICA and medical benefits to support employee welfare • Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals to ensure legal compliance for all employees • Implement and execute HR policies and programs to support organizational objectives and workforce management • Support resolution of workplace grievances and disciplinary matters by liaising with relevant parties and maintaining confidentiality • Coordinate with government agencies on statistical surveys, funding applications, and claims to secure organizational benefits • Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned to support department operations Required competencies and certifications • Diploma in Human Resource or minimum 2 years of HR experience • Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and HR best practices Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and external stakeholders Other Information • Transportation provided to and from Pioneer MRT station
