HR Employee Relations Specialist (Investigation & Compliance) | US MNC

Below position is open urgently. • Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable) • Location: Woodlands & Bendemeer (required to travel between sites) • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide advice on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances, harassment, etc.) • Conduct workplace investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism • Support employee exits, restructuring, and compliance-related cases • Conduct exit interviews and identify attrition trends and insights • Partner with HR and business leaders on ER cases and HR initiatives Requirements: • Degree in HR, Business, or related field • Experience in workplace investigations or grievance handling preferred • 2-3 years’ experience in Employee Relations / HR / Labor Relations • Good understanding of employment laws and HR policies • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally **Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with Subject of "Employee Relations", thank you.
