Job Description This position is for an 11-month temporary contract. The temporary staff will be responsible for managing a range of HR activities and processes to ensure continuity of operations during the maternity leave period. The key responsibilities include: Total Rewards • Administer Annual Awards and retention initiatives within the organisation • Assist in the implementation and coordination of recognition and reward schemes Values & Conduct • Implement initiatives that promote organisational values, ethos, and code of conduct in alignment with public sector standards • Assist in maintaining workplace standards and ethical practices Projects and General Duties • Any other duties or projects as assigned by management Requirements • Good written and communication skills • Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team • Degree Holders Contract: 11 months Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6PM (Mondays – Thursdays) | 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Fridays) Location: Lengkok Bahru Salary: $3600 - $3700 EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R25128798 HUANG QIMENG
