About this role
This position is offered on a 6-month full-time, on-site contract basis. A probationary period of 3 months will apply from the commencement date. Upon completion of the contract term, the employment may be renewed or converted to a permanent position, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Job Scope Payroll & HR Administration • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness • Ensure compliancewith statutory requirements, including CPF contributions and tax submissions • Maintain proper employee records in accordance with applicable regulations • Work with Employer of Record (EOR) providers for regional offices, including (but not limited to) Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions as required HR Policies & Compliance • Develop, review, and update HR policies, including employee handbook • Implement and administer policies such as leave, travel, and expense claims • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations in Singapore and relevant regional jurisdictions (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, and others where applicable) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore office and support hiring across regional offices including (but not limited to) Malaysia and Indonesia • Prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions • Ensure fair, merit-based, and compliant recruitment practices Employee Relations & Office Administration Support • Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities (events and meetings) • Manage office procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor comparison, and purchase of office supplies and services • Monitor office inventory and ensure adequate stock levels • Support general office administration and facilities-related matters Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline • At least 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to office administration or procurement functions • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations; regional exposure (Malaysia and Indonesia) is advantageous • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements • Strong organisational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
