Private Bank Client Service Officer (6 month contract) Role Overview Support the team in delivering administrative services related to client onboarding, investments, and transactions. This includes preparing account opening documents, renewing Client Risk Questionnaires (CRQs), and entering investment deals into the bank’s system. Key Responsibilities • Prepare account opening documentation and CRQs for new and existing clients. • Input investment transactions into the bank’s order entry system. • Review executed documents for completeness and follow up on any missing information. • Coordinate submission of documents for BA team review. • Maintain proper document filing and archiving. • Provide support on ad-hoc tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all assignments. Key Requirements • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant professional qualification. • Basic knowledge of KYC/AML/CDD processes. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team. • Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 23C1935 R1105492
