About this role
Job Scope: Training & Organisation Development • Support the Learning and Development administration, which includes handling officers’ queries, collating in-house course nominations and registrations, raising service requests, and managing e-learning accounts. • Coordinate with officers, learning providers, and VITAL on course registration and management. • Provide logistical support for induction programmes and other OD events. • Assist the team in generating reports, processing data, and data clean-up for reporting purposes. Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding: • You will support the team in the recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, administering written test and following up with candidates on required documents. • You will manage the offboarding process such as ensuring exit checklists are completed before officers leave. • You will support the team in tracking employee contracts. You will undertake any other work as assigned. Requirements • Diploma holder, preferably with less than 8 years of experience • Prior HR experience is useful. • Stakeholders (internal and external) management. • Proficient in MS Office.
