About this role
Responsibilities • Support HR in payroll-related administration (e.g OT tracking, timesheetreport, and attendance report) • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities • Help with the purchase and monitoring of company season parking • Perform general HR administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements • Basic understanding or interest in Singapore employment regulations (e.g.Employment Act, CPF) is advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, andPowerPoint • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn • Able to commit to a minimum internship period (e.g. 3–6 months preferred)
