About this role
1. Talent and Recruitment • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling. • Support the full internship hiring journey – from sourcing to onboarding. • Assist in organising and participating in career fairs and recruitment-related events. • Design eye-catching recruitment posters and content using Canva. 2. Onboarding Experience • Help create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. • Prepare onboarding documents and support orientation sessions, including preparation and management of new hires documentation. 3. HR Operations • Support day-to-day HR tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation). • Keep employee records organised and up to date. • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and projects. Job Holder’s Requirement • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism. • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive. • Comfortable communicating with different people. • Basic Microsoft Office skills (bonus if you know Canva!). • Curious, willing to learn and not afraid to speak up.
