• Key Responsibilities • Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities • Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies and SOPs • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes • Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates • Ensure office pantry and supplies are adequately stocked and organised • Liaise with vendors for office and administrative needs • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events • Support leave tracking, attendance records, and other HR operational matters • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the HR team • Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented • Able to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Revision history
