Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee benefits, insurance programs, and support performance management processes, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective rewards administration on a 1-year contract. Responsibilities Benefits Administration • Manage employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, leave, and wellness to ensure comprehensive coverage and employee satisfaction • Liaise with insurance brokers, insurers, and external vendors to resolve enquiries, coordinate renewals, process claims, and administer policies efficiently • Support benefits enrolment, claims processing, invoicing, and communicate benefits information clearly to employees • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness • Ensure benefits administration complies with company policies and regulatory requirements Performance Management Support • Administer the annual performance review cycle to facilitate timely and effective evaluations • Assist managers and employees by resolving performance management process and system-related queries to support fair assessments • Support performance calibration and rewards activities to align employee recognition with organizational goals • Maintain and update performance data and reports to provide insights for decision-making HR Reporting & Operations • Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and benefits-related analyses to inform management and support strategic planning • Support HR process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR operations and services Required competencies and certifications • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline • 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, or Rewards • Hands-on experience managing employee benefits and insurance programs • Familiarity with performance management processes and annual review cycles • Experience using HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors • Proficient in Excel and HR reporting • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred competencies and qualifications • Background in HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Shared Services with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and performance management administration Other Information Account Manager Anthony Poh Cheng Chuan • EA License No: 16S8107
