• Location: Bukit Merah • Salary: Basic up to $5k Job Summary The HR Officer supports recruitment and daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. Responsibilities • Manage recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews • Support onboarding for new employees, including preparing contracts and orientation • Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially • Handle HR administrative duties, reports, and documentation • Support employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment regulations Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field • Experience in recruitment or HR operations is preferred • Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and Tripartite Guidelines • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Able to handle confidential information professionally HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly click on “APPLY NOW” or send your resume in MS WORD format to hestia.wong(at)trustrecruit.com.sg We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
