About this role
• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination. • Support onboarding activities such as preparation of employment documentation, orientation arrangements, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence. • Assist in HR initiatives and projects such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management support. • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. • Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations will be an advantage. • Familiar with Singapore employment practices. • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
