About this role
Responsibilities:• Support the initial phase of core banking and wealth management system implementations (Avaloq / Olympic) across front, middle, and back-office operations. • Act as a bridge between business and IT, understanding current processes, data structures, and system environments. • Conduct fit-gap analysis to compare business requirements against system functionalities. • Coordinate and facilitate communication among business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Support risk identification, issue resolution, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment and consensus. • Contribute to the development and review of implementation roadmaps, focusing on the initial project phases. • Enable smooth system adoption through on-site observations, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis. Requirements:• Proven background in financial services operations, with exposure to core banking or wealth management platforms. • Practical experience with Avaloq or Olympic, including system implementation, functional configuration, requirements gathering, or operational support. • Solid understanding of front, middle, and back-office workflows in banking or wealth management environments. • Experience in client-side roles such as PM, PMO, Business Analyst, or similar (non-vendor background preferred). • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills. • Comfortable operating in multinational and multicultural work settings.
