Job Summary Responsible for supporting payroll and employee benefits operations, including claims verification, payroll processing, reporting, and handling queries, while improving processes and maintaining accurate HR data. The role also collaborates with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Responsibilities • Handle verification of employee benefits claims (e.g. medical, dental) and conduct audits, including liaising with external vendors • Support payroll operations such as salary processing, bonuses, billing, invoices, and tax submissions • Manage payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and auditors, and prepare reports when needed • Assist in improving and automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and governance • Maintain accurate HR data in systems (e.g. Workday, Excelity) and develop/update SOPs • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on process improvements and support new initiatives Requirements • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (e.g. Workday, Excelity) is a plus • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations • Able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders Other Information • Location: Raffles City Tower • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm (hybrid arrangement) Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
