1. Business FunctionAt a leading regional bank’s Group Marketing & Communications (GM&C) division, the mission is to deliver meaningful customer experiences through sophisticated marketing solutions. They are seeking a motivated, independent, and dynamic individual to join the Regional Marketing team within the Private Wealth segment. As the ideal candidate, you will be part of the Private Bank and High Net Worth Client loyalty marketing team. You will play an important role in managing and supporting various loyalty-led initiatives and experiences to recognise and reward high net worth clients. You will also collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. It will be a 8months contract. 2. Key Responsibilitiesa. Manage the Member-Get-Member programme for Private Banking and High Net Worth clients, including manual fulfilment. b. Oversee the festive gifting programme: sourcing and fulfilment for end-of-year gifts, Diwali, and seasonal campaigns. c. Coordinate and manage wealth client red packet designs: approvals, production, and delivery. d. Provide review and input for enhancements to the client booking platform UX. e. Support ad-hoc client communications for Private Banking and Wealth segments. f. Manage corporate premiums and branded merchandise. 3. Requirementsa. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field b. At least 3 years of relevant experience c. Prior exposure to Wealth or Private Banking is highly preferred d. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills f. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite g.
