We are hiring HR Ops Executive (Contract, renewable) for various clients in the healthcare industry. Duration: 6 months; renewable or convertible Working Days and Hours: 5 Days, Office hours Salary: Up to $$3000 - $3500 Job Scope: • Support HR team with general administrative duties. • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms. • Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. • Collect and verify application documents for candidates. • Prepare and compile offer packages for successful hires. • Set up IT systems and access for new employees. • Prepare onboarding materials and welcome packs. • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems. • Handle exit processes, including emails and interview arrangements. • Assist with additional ad hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements: • Min. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Business with specialization in HR. • 1-2 years relevant HR experience. • Available on short notice. • Proficient in MS Office and IT savvy.
