About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) and reviewing applications to filter for qualified candidates. • Interviewing: Conducting interviews (phone, in-person, video) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Negotiation and Offer: Developing job offers, negotiating compensation and benefits, and preparing offer letters. • Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating training, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. • Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, providing feedback, and making hiring recommendations. • Recruitment Strategies: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and improve the hiring process. • Maintaining Records: Keeping track of candidate information, managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), and tracking recruitment metrics. • HR Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
