Location: Queenstown Salary: $2500 - $2600 Duration: 2 year contract Working Hours: - 5 day work week, Office hours - Mon - Fri (8am-5pm/8.30am-5.30pm) Job Description: - Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards. - Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing. - Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents. - Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries. - Assist clinic manager in administrative duties. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
