Role ObjectiveThe HR Recruitment Trainer is a dual-function role designed for an experienced recruiter who possesses a passion for talent development. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact recruitment training programs for adult learners. During non-training days, they will anchor our Recruitment Events, providing hands-on career intervention, screening walk-in candidates, and directly facilitating successful job placements for our clients. Roles and Responsibilities1. Course Development & Training Delivery Curriculum Design: Design comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, syllabi, and practical assessments tailored to meet the needs of diverse adult learners. Training Execution: Conduct engaging training sessions on recruitment operations, sourcing methodologies, screening techniques, and interview best practices in accordance with approved course guidelines and standards. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate participants’ understanding and practical performance through robust assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide their development. Infrastructure Readiness: Ensure all training equipment, learning management systems, and physical setup materials are properly maintained and operational before every session. Learner Support: Address participant queries during and post-training, providing mentorship to help them master the training content. Recruitment Operations & Candidate Placement (Non-Training Days) Walk-in Facilitation: Manage the daily operations of the Jobs Clinic, serving as the first point of contact to welcome and facilitate walk-in job seekers. Prior Screening: Conduct deep-dive screening, profile evaluations, and initial assessments of job seekers to accurately map their skills against current client requirements. Active Job Placement: Match qualified candidates to open positions within our client network, managing the relationship from first contact to successful job placement. Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate care by offering on-the-spot resume alignment tips and interview preparation advice to enhance job seekers' employability. Job Requirements• Training Capability: Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or mentoring junior recruiters. A WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is highly advantageous. • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the empathetic mindset required to guide walk-in job seekers, paired with the commercial acumen needed to satisfy business clients. • Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in dual-responsibility settings (balancing structured training timelines with fluid, fast-paced recruitment desk operations).
