About this role
Job Summary: Lead and manage compensation system projects, annual reward cycles, and regional HR system initiatives to support efficient compensation operations and compliance across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle and project timelines • Coordinate with regional HR, Rewards, Finance, and Technology teams across APAC • Support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation for compensation platforms • Ensure compensation processes and workflows comply with company policies and regulatory requirements • Manage vendor relationships and support system enhancements and issue resolution • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data validation within compensation systems • Support HR system integration and future enhancement projects • Drive process improvements and change management initiatives across countries • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders during system implementation and rollout Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (CEI Registration No: R25136207) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599) We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
