HRIS / HR Tech Specialist | 3–5 Years | Open to Tech Candidates Seeking a Career Pivot | Singapore (CL-HR-01) Looking to move from a tech or systems role into HRIS? Our client is open to candidates with 3–5 years of experience from technology, ERP, reporting, data, or process improvement backgrounds who want to pivot into HR systems and digital HR transformation. This role will focus on improving and maintaining the SAP HCM environment, cleaning up legacy workflows and data, building dashboards and reporting tools, and driving HR digitalisation projects across the organisation. You will work across SAP HCM, HR data, reporting, automation, and new HR tools, while partnering closely with both HR and IT teams. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys systems improvement, structured problem-solving, and using technology to support business and people decisions.
