This role is vital in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards across vessel operations. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate audits and inspections (internal, external, and industry-related). • Manage vessel certifications and documentation in PAL/OCIMF systems. • Handle daily operations including SIRE inspections, PSC/FSI reports, and KPI submissions. • Liaise with vessels, auditors, and external parties to ensure smooth scheduling and compliance. • Administer special projects such as PAL/MOLLNG libraries and communication matrices. • Support management reviews and industry reporting requirements. • Provide backup support to other officers when required. Requirements • Prior experience in HSEQ, audit, or vessel operations preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. • Familiarity with PAL, OCIMF, and industry compliance standards is an advantage.
