About this role
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ICT Enterprise Scrum Master & Project Manager to lead software and application project delivery, enhancement, and operational support for enterprise technology solutions across multiple business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Agile software and applications project delivery, stakeholder engagement, application enhancements, and operational governance in a complex multi-vendor environment. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of ICT initiatives while maintaining operational stability and compliance with governance standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure successful project execution. • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables • Coordinate activities across development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users. • Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning. • Oversee application enhancement, modernization, and operational improvement initiatives. • Support production environments by coordinating issue resolution, release planning, and service improvements. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-release reviews. • Prepare project status reports, governance documentation, and stakeholder communications. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and project governance processes. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT project delivery, enterprise application management, business analysis, or technology implementation. • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile delivery environments as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or related role. • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise technology projects and application portfolios. • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery management. • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and enterprise application support. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Experience • Experience working in public sector, regulated industries, government-linked organizations, or large enterprise environments. • Experience supporting application modernization, digital transformation, cloud migration, or infrastructure upgrade initiatives. • Experience managing multiple enterprise applications in production environments. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project. • Experience working in multi-vendor and geographically distributed team environments. Preferred Certifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). • ITIL Foundation or related service management certification. • Agile, Product Management, or Business Analysis certifications will be an added advantage.
