Jurong West Primary School 30 Jurong West Street 61, Singapore 648368 Contract Period 1 July 2026 – 30 June 2028 Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Environment School / Education Sector Key Responsibilities ICT & Technical Support• Support and administer the school’s 6-year ICT curriculum initiatives. • Manage and maintain ICT computing devices and related equipment. • Provide technical assistance for e-learning activities and ICT-integrated lessons. • Support teachers during ICT lessons and school digital programmes. • Assist students and parents with MOE ICT systems and related technical issues. • Track and monitor the loan of ICT devices to students. Digital Platforms & Administration• Manage and update the school website and social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook). • Administer Public Messaging Systems and school communication platforms. • Manage room booking systems, service request systems, and equipment loans. • Support administration of the school’s Print+ services. • Maintain proper ICT inventory records and conduct stock-taking during school term breaks. AV & Multimedia Support• Operate and oversee AV equipment during school events and activities. • Provide photography and videography support for school programmes when required. • Design posters, banners, and multimedia materials for school use. • Perform video editing using Final Cut Pro and other multimedia tools. • Support teachers with multimedia resource preparation and presentation setup. Operational & Event Support• Provide technical support for school-wide events and activities. • Support ad-hoc ICT duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or HOD ICT. • Participate in special school programmes and Saturday events when required. • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out efficiently and professionally. ✅ Requirements & Qualifications Education• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification. Technical Skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Proficient in administration of social media platforms. • Experience with multimedia and video editing software. • Strong working knowledge of Final Cut Pro. • Familiarity with AV equipment operations and ICT support environments. Experience• Minimum 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school environment preferred.
