Infant Carer/ Healthcare Assistant (Part Time)

Job SummaryAs a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will providecompassionate care and support to mothers and newborns during their stay,ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities• Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort • Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas • Record babies’ temperature, feeding patterns, and mental and physical behaviors to monitor health • Track and report babies’ growth progress to support developmental care • Guide parents on infection control and baby safety practices to promote wellbeing • Monitor mothers’ recovery progress and provide support during postpartum care • Teach mothers breastfeeding and baby care techniques to enhance maternal confidence • Assist mothers in understanding and managing postnatal conditions for better health outcomes • Adapt to additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers to support team needs Required competencies and certifications• Physically fit to carry infants and stand for extended periods to perform caregiving tasks safely • Ability to remain calm and patient in a caregiving environment to ensure quality care • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts to meet operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications• Relevant experience in baby or maternal care to enhance service quality • Availability to work at least two shifts per week to maintain consistent care Other InformationWorking Hours• 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM shifts, inclusive of 1.5-hour break Allowance• From $120 per weekday shift and $132 per weekend/public holiday shift Additional Benefits• • Meal Allowance (Lunch and Dinner) provided for day shift • Paid on-the-job training provided • Night shift and standby incentives • Uniform supplied • Sentosa Island Pass Recruitment Details• Singaporean and PRs only
