Responsibilities • Provide technical support, administration, and maintenance for enterprise IT infrastructure environments. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner. • Support and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions including: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint IIQ, or SailPoint IDN • Manage user access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance processes. • Support authentication and federation technologies such as ADFS and SAML. • Administer and support Windows Server, Linux, Unix, and Mainframe environments. • Support enterprise platforms and systems including: AWS and Azure cloud platforms, Oracle Database Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic Server)AS400 and z/OS systems • Support integration with Mainframe systems and Web Services. • Perform scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, and SQL. • Support remote access and collaboration technologies such as: Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft SharePoint • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, patching, enhancements, and system implementation activities. • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure stable and secure operations. • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records. Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance. • Hands-on experience with: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SailPoint IIQ and/or SailPoint IDN IAM and access governance solutions • Experience supporting Windows Server, Linux, Unix, and Mainframe environments. • Familiarity with: Oracle Database Server, Microsoft SQL Server, WebLogic Server, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms • Knowledge of authentication and federation technologies such as: ADFS or SAML • Experience with scripting and automation tools including: PowerShell, Python, or SQL • Exposure to: Mainframe Environment, CICS, z/OS, or ESA architecture • Experience with Microsoft technologies including: SharePoint, RDS, IIS, or SSIS • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills. • Experience in project coordination and infrastructure delivery. Preferred Skills • Azure DevOps experience. • Experience with Red Hat Linux and Oracle environments. • Familiarity with integration technologies and enterprise middleware. • Knowledge of hybrid cloud and enterprise IAM environments. • Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
