You'll cross-train across typologies — corporate, F&B, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and high-end homes — so the work stays varied and the learning curve stays steep. Our teams work with the support of one unified decision engine combining generative design, real-time cost intelligence, and decision-grade visualisation. With it, you help owners and occupiers explore multiple futures of their space at speed — in days, not weeks. You won't just use AI tools; you'll work alongside specialized agents built into our pipeline, focused on the work that actually compounds your craft. Job Description: • Sit in on client briefings, site surveys, and supplier meetings; convert notes into briefs • Conduct site measurements and condition surveys with photography • Source materials, finishes, and FF&E from suppliers; build comparison sheets • Support concept development across commercial and residential projects • Learn LOOM's AI-assisted visualisation pipeline and pre-construction process • Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign LOOM hires Talents, not employees — ownership over task-following, output over theatre.
